An Annual Ceremony That Spotlights our Laureates
The second key event for the Fondation Armand-Frappier takes place in the fall: the Scholarship Awards Ceremony. This is intended to highlight and award excellence in the advancement of health research. Each year, about forty scholarships are awarded. The scholarship winners for the year are all brought together at this major event.
The Fondation Armand-Frappier Bursary Awards Ceremony takes place at the INRS-Institut Armand-Frappier in three stages. The planning for each of the three award ceremonies provides for the official award-giving, a meeting between donors and recipients, as well as a closing cocktail.
On this occasion, the donors are present to hand their research scholarships directly to the recipients. A moment is allocated for each to say a few words in recognition of the efforts and projects that have been achieved. The Awards Ceremony is also an ideal opportunity for donors to visit the laboratories of the researchers whose work they are supporting.
