The Fondation Armand-Frappier has been pleased to participate from its outset in the Armand-Frappier Conference which was set up in 1999 by the students of INRS-Institut Armand-Frappier. Following the success of each edition, the event takes place every two years.
The Conference, an independant organisation from the Fondation, brings together around 180 participants and represents an exceptional showcase for postgraduate students to make their work better known. At each edition, internationally renowned top-tier speakers, specialized in various biology sectors of current interest, are invited.
The Conference, which takes place in French, addresses master's and doctoral students as well as postdoctoral interns working in the fields of biological sciences (health, environment, microbiology, virology, etc.). The students come mainly from Québec universities. Participation from universities outside Québec is also encouraged.
